Mayor John Hickenlooper and dozens of social service agencies gathered in August 2004 to officially launch Colorado CVM.
Said the Mayor, "This innovative program will empower Denver's homeless residents and improve their ability to conduct the business of their lives."
Colorado CVM has the capacity to serve up to 1,000 individuals in its first year, providing homeless and displaced citizens with a critical tool to help them get back on track.
