Dallas CVM Uses Previous Clients to Distributes Free Voice mail

Dallas Community Voice Mail staff are on-site distributing free voicemail numbers at various relocation centers.

Larry Sykes, CVM's innovative Program Manager, even hired 7 former clients to distribute these critical numbers. "These people understand - perhaps better than anyone else - how important consistent communication is. It seemed like the natural thing to do," said Sykes.

The Texas Workforce Development Commission has taken 4,000 CVM numbers to distribute to users via its Workforce Development boards across the state.
