SPOKANE CVM

Awarded $5,000 Capacity Building Grant

Spokane CVM has been named a recipient of a 2006 Capacity Building Grant awarded by the CVM National Office.

Spokane CVM will work to increase community partnerships, public awareness, and funding from the corporate sector to allow them to sustainably expand to serve low-income and vulnerable people in need.

Says Jennifer Brandon, Executive Director of CVM National, "By partnering with 39 social service agencies to deliver free voicemail, Spokane CVM is a proven, effective community partner meeting an important need in the second largest city in the State of Washington."

Driving Directions:

  • From I-90 either direction, take the Altamont St. Exit.
  • Turn South onto Altamont at the light. Turn West (right) onto 5th and follow for one block to Stone.
  • We are located on the SW corner of 5th and Stone in the East Central Community Center. Parking off of Stone.

Bus:

  • STA route 94 East

Enter main doors, turn right. At the pop machine turn right and the SNAP office door is on the left.
